Most of our bathroom projects run between 4 and 10 weeks, depending on whether it is a hall bath or a primary bath and the scope of the work. A hall bath remodel typically lands in the four to five week range. A foundational master bath runs five to six weeks. An elevated master bath runs six to eight weeks, and a premier master bath with structural changes runs eight to ten weeks. We confirm your finalized start and completion dates during the project development phase, before construction begins.
Most homeowners stay in their homes during the project. We use zip-wall systems to keep dust contained and clean up at the end of every day. If your master bath is the only bathroom in the home, we will talk through temporary arrangements during planning so you know what to expect.
Taylor and Ryan lead the layout and design work directly. For material selection, we work with the designers at our preferred vendors who help you choose tile, vanities, countertops, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. You receive 3D renderings of your finished bathroom before construction begins, so the bathroom you see in the renderings is the bathroom we build.
The point of our project development phase is to settle every decision before construction starts, which is why change orders are rare on our bathroom projects. If something does come up during the build, we walk you through the options, the cost, and the schedule impact in writing before any work moves forward.
We don’t. Our minimum bathroom project is a full hall or master bath remodel. Powder rooms and shower-only projects are not part of what we offer.
Yes. We file for permits during the production phase, before materials arrive on site. If your project involves structural changes, the permit and inspection schedule is built into your project timeline.
Every bathroom we build comes with a two-year warranty on our installations, plus the manufacturer’s warranties on the products and materials we use.
