The design team explored layout options that prioritized counter and cabinet space, then brought in an engineer to evaluate the load-bearing beam so a column could come out and the room could open up. After finalizing all material selections, Rob and Tracy walked through full 3D renderings before construction began.
A walk-in style built-in pantry replaced an underused door pantry, giving Tracy real storage that keeps everything visible and within reach.
