We’re Lifestyle Design + Remodel, a boutique design-build firm based in Mullica Hill and serving homeowners across South Jersey. We focus on full kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home remodels for people who want their home to fit how they live today, not how it was built thirty years ago.
We’re not a big corporate outfit, and we don’t pretend to be. We’re a small, hands-on team led by two owners who show up, stay involved, and treat your project like it matters, because it does. Every remodel we take on is a real space in a real home where a real family lives, and that’s how we run things from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

Before a single wall comes down, we work through layouts, materials, renderings, and pricing in our Project Development phase, so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs. From design through construction and final walkthrough, you work with a dedicated team that knows your project inside and out. We are here for more than the construction phase, we aim to build lasting relationships with homeowners who trust us with their homes again and again.
Most remodels go over budget because too many decisions are made after the work begins. Our project development phase locks in the layout, materials, and pricing before a single wall comes down. You get a fixed-price agreement, 3D renderings of your finished space, and a client portal where you can track every decision, document, and update from start to finish.
We guide our clients with full transparency. We simplify the decisions in front of you, set realistic expectations, and never push upgrades you do not need. The goal is to help you make good calls about your home, not to talk you into a bigger project.
Construction does not have to take over your life. Our team shows up in marked vehicles and company apparel, cleans up at the end of every day, and uses zip-wall systems to keep dust contained. Project managers carry no more than three or four jobs at a time, so your remodel gets the attention it deserves.

This is a quick call for us to learn what you are thinking about, followed by a site visit to see the space in person. No pressure, no sales pitch.
We come back with a clear scope, a conceptual layout, and an investment range so you know what your project is likely to cost before you commit to anything beyond a conversation.
Once you decide to move forward, we finalize the layout, walk through the materials with our vendor designers, deliver 3D renderings, and lock in a fixed-price build agreement with confirmed start and completion dates.
Our team works on daily cleanup, weekly check-ins, and a clear schedule you can follow in JobTread. When the job is done, we walk through every detail with you, hand over your warranty packet, and stay available long after the project closes out.
